The aim of this project is to assists Department of EnvironmentalProtection New Taipei City Government in making an inventory of lowcarbon communities, low-carbon travel and focus on the low-carbondemonstration communities. 5 low-carbon demonstration communitieswere chosen to promote green living and educate their inhabitants aboutlifestyle choices that can reduce one's carbon footprint. Also, one of thecommunities has the potential to become a low carbon community. Thefixed carbon content of low-carbon measure transformation is 43 kg/year.
